Residential property of business class is under construction. First stage* of Green Town complex was put into operation in December 2010.

The project is located in Oleksiivka microdistrict (Dzerzhynsky district of Kharkiv), in a quiet residential area near a park. The district is characterized by a developed social and transport infrastructure with Oleksiivska metro station as well as bus, trolleybus and tram stops being located nearby.

The complex consists of four sections forming three residential buildings. The first stage of Green Town was put into operation in 2010 while the completion of the whole complex is scheduled for 2012.

The total area of the complex is 28.9 thousand sq m, residential area is 15.7 thousand sq m.

Residential property of premium class is under construction. The first stage of the complex was put into operation in December 2010.

Cascade residential complex is located in the historic centre of Kharkiv not far from the Kharkiv River and within a 10 minute walk from Radyanska and Prospekt Gagarina metro stations.

Construction of the residential complex started in the fourth quarter of 2005. The project consists of three sections forming two stages of construction. Two sections of the complex (first stage of construction) were put into operation in December 2010.

The total area of the object is 14.4 thousand sq m, including:
the total area of the first stage – 8.9 thousand sq m
the total area of the second stage – 5.5 thousand sq m.
